LCS Main Campus Library
Welcome to the LCS library, one of the largest English language libraries in Latin America. We have approximately 22,000 books, all donated by our local readers. We have an extensive fiction collection, as well as a room devoted to non-fiction. We also have a large collection of books concerning all things Mexican—travel, history, cooking, culture and more. And be sure to check out our collection of books by local authors. Lakeside is home to many talented writers. Donations are gratefully accepted. However, we can only accept books that are in good condition. We cannot accept textbooks, outdated non-fiction books or books that are moldy or in bad repair. To access our online catalog, .
Media Library
The LCS Media Library is located just inside the main entrance on the left, next to the banos. It’s a small, unassuming room but is chock full of entertainment options: Used books, videos to borrow or buy, music CDs to buy, jigsaw puzzles, and magazines. Our volunteers love chatting about books, movies and music and can help you find whatever you are looking for. Many English speakers prefer to own their own books, so our store is a wonderful option for them. We often get people who have traveled from far-away towns add to their personal library.
