The address is 16 de Septiembre 16-a, C.P. 45920 Ajijic, Jal. The public service hours are 10 am-2 pm Monday - Saturday. The garden hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday.
