In order to help members of the lakeside community prepare for emergency and post-life planning, the LCS has developed a booklet “ Being Prepared for Life and Death Lakeside”. The booklet includes information about Mexican  Notario Publicos,  Health Care Directives,  Wills,  Powers of Attorney, and much more.

The LCS also has available a “Post Life Emergency Registry” form.  This document includes:

• Personal information (name, address, date of birth, nationality, etc.)
  
• Healthcare information (emergency contact, physician, health insurance information, etc.)
  
• Legal information (attorney, executor, funeral arrangements, etc.)
  
•   Household information (emergency household contract, gardener, housekeeper, pets)
  

The completed document is filed at the LCS; the information provided is considered confidential.

My Guardian Angel Emergency Registry Service. This registry has partnered with the LCS Post-Life Registry Program. For information, contact Vicki Gay at mgaregistry@gmail.com. Available at LCS cafe' patio Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM, September to May.

The American Legion Post-Life Program has joined the LCS Post-Life Program. All American Legion Post-Life participants will be entered into the LCS Post-Life database registry.
