All LCS members are welcome to attend our board meetings!

Any LCS member may attend a Board meeting as an observer, except for closed sessions. Any member may speak — provided a request has been made to the President in writing, stating the subject and purpose, not less than 24 hours prior to the Board meeting.

The LCS Board of Directors meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Most meetings start with a closed session till 10:30 then the main meeting is open to all members. Additional meetings may be called as needed.

There are a minimum of six per year — exceptions may be made in December and/or January, and, occasionally, in March (depending on the date of the AGM).

Meetings are normally held on the upper floor of the West Campus building. However, a change in location could occur if another group needs the space, or if someone requests a change for accessibility reasons (we’re always happy to accommodate).

The Manager on Duty or the Entance Amigos can always help ypu find the meeting location.
